Been using ours for about two years now…almost daily. its been a solid product and has held up great for us. Don’t let this sway you from the product line…maybe you just got some bad luck.
I’ve had mine for a few months now, and I beat it up like it owes me money… still kicking tho 
New one used today but drop the pole with the brush that was just against the van, broke the same way, have another 15 of them. will test out more to see if there might.
be a bad bunch of them. Good product though. Shawn maybe you could test them too.
