Don’t be so quick to jump to conclusions on the Google ratings… some companies work hard to achieve and gather those, others think it’s a waste of time. We have 770 reviews on all platforms at this point, the vast majority on Google. What you want to do is read the content of them and learn about the company’s service level.
You haven’t said what the roofing material is, but most likely what you’re going to need is a good softwashing company/pressure washing if it’s a solid surface. You’d have better luck finding someone over at the sister site, I know there’s a few Aussies in there.
Yep, I took to offering to send a crew to perform the service, but only if they paid 200% in advance in doubloons (because we don’t trust these “new fangled currencies”…)
