So I have come up with a clever window cleaning name. Someone already has the same name in the state (NC) but they are across the state therefore in a different county. Would I still be able to use this name? Their name is Pane Relief LLC but I would use something like Pane Relief window cleaning services. Does it just depend on my States laws/ regulations?
Personally that sounds corny to me, there’s a company here called total pane and that’s exactly what they are, a total pain in the a**. They have no clue what they’re doing, streaks and drips everywhere.
That’s just Pane Ridiculous. I wouldn’t have Pane a Dollar for a name like that. I hope you’re not thinking about Pane Me a Visit right now to slap me.

Where I am from you can’t use similar names unless it’s a different country. You might be out of luck buddy but you’ll think of something else to use
I’m with @GlassMD. Get a unique name now so your that problem to someone else down the road. There are plenty of unique names for the taking. You’re just not thinking of it right now. Best time for thinking is with your rubber on the glass.
