A couple days ago I took a trip down to the Mass coast to check out the Sandwich Glass Museum. There were many beautiful pieces of artwork, and a demonstration of Glass Blowing by a humble young man with a great deal of self confidence. He told us he has been doing this for five years. Started the day he turned eighteen. His demo is at the end of the five and a half minute video. This fascinates me because of the crossover technology. Which I will be writing about in my blog. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy watching.

How was the museum Henry? I had no idea there was anything like that around here. I want to check it out now

Fascinating history! Also much beautiful glass artwork. And a wonderful demonstration of blown glass. I was however looking for info on old windows and didn’t find any. Next trip will be the Corning glass museum in Corning NY. I will need one very full day there! It is seven hours out for me.
