Screen cleaning question

This is my personal opinion I always do the screens and put it in the flat price once I see the home Just as if I do the insides as well then its automatically included inthe price that the frames will be washed tracks cleaned out sills wiped clean windows relocked and blinds brought back down unless customer wants them up plus furniture and knickknacks put back I refer this to my customer as deluxe service and charge for it as a flat price they love that and about 75% of prospects say thats what they want I don’t change my price for a simple extra like a mirror they have trouble with getting clean it’s usually about 2 minutes of time for me
one thing I found is customers don’t want a list of charges they want it simple like a flat price is but let them know ahead of time that the price is for whats listed on the estimate sheet additional work will be additional charge

As a rule that is how we do it.
The deluxe service is the way to go IMO also.
If they need anything extra like shower doors etc as you said additional work additional charge.

Great idea I think I will do this deluxe service as well. Do you just give one quote for inside and out unless they just ask for exterior, or do you still give an exterior price and interior price when you explain this service to them.

I break it down to 2 charges so they can choose exterior only which includes screen cleaning here in Arizona there is super fine dust that clings to screens almost like glue heavy stuff will brush off but they still look terrible so cleaning with truck brush and soapy water plus 1/2 cup of ammonia is only way I can keep cost down and still get them clean
interior work is just as difficult if not more hard sometimes so I charge different but customer always gets really good service
