Not uncommon here in the Southwest, totally melted seals.
Have one house that the seals failed like that. Looks like black tar. It’s the only two windows I’ve ever seen fail like that.
It’s funny, it seems like every time I go there (every 6 months) the lady asks me if I can clean it.
