Possibly the most attractive part about this is that we are keeping the retail and repair side of the business. So, unless you would like to learn to repair for yourself for cleaning and repair work onsite- you don’t have to. You can give us repair business and we would give you any cleaning business. I am just trying to get away from window and blind cleaning due to the physical nature of the business and another opportunity.
For our other related venture, the plan is to name our business Vision Blinds and Repair, so as to ensure a smooth customer transition to the new owner.
We have over 2500 customer list with a majority of them having provided emails.
I currently pay myself $2000 per week, including a vehicle, cell phone and vehicle insurance that the company pays for. I can pay myself this amount year round, while employing 2 others full time, including prop up the repair business which is not profitable but will be once I transition.
Employees are not included in the sale and operations would demand at least two people. A scheduler, which we will train extensively on- and a laborer or field operator. I have a full time blind repair man, office manager, myself and another seasonal employee. 2-3 people would be ideal.
