ServiceSidekick Going to be giving this a try. Much cheaper than most of the others. I’ll report back soon!
Another Canadian,
Loved Kamloops, take care and let us know ok,
Thanks ED
Been using Service Sidekick for almost a month now. Very impressed. More than enough options but very easy to use.
I’ll post a more detailed review later but if you are considering a crm/scheduling program I would highly recommend it.
I’m available at 250-858-8585 if you have questions.
Just finished a review of this system. It seems to have been built by people with little to no service experience. For instance no way to up date re occurring jobs / No way to easily print a daily schedule / No mobile app they send you to a scaled down version that doesn’t work in the field. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
I’d like to know a little more about “CRM” since this is your first post. Where are you located and how long have you been cleaning windows? It’s kinda fishy that your first post is a negative review of a customer relationship management software and your username is CRM.
Makes me think maybe you are a competitor and leaving a fake review. That doesn’t go over well here. My opinion is that Chris should ask you to verify yourself or be banned.
to further follow up.
I am able to easily update re-occurring jobs.
I print daily work orders for our crew, and they have access to the calendar on their phones. No need to print a schedule that often changes hourly.
The mobile version is currently limited… especially on a blackberry. Iphones have no trouble quickly loading and rendering the normal site with full functionality.
A well thought out mobile app would be nice… but for the price service sidekick is hard to beat.
feel free to pm me with questions. sounds like CRM is a trash talking competitor.
Honestly switching from a paper based system to SS has saved my life this spring.
