Shoulder joint pain and preventative exercises

What’s up everybody. My woman used to be a yoga teacher/ massage therapist. I’ve been meaning to start a stretching/ therapeutic exercise routine anyways so I’ll have her design one and I’ll post it here for anyone who’s interested.

Turkish get ups and or one arm over head presses. Both will help to strengthen the muscles and if done joint and if done properly will help to rehabilitate the shoulder. Turkish get ups have been known to fix shoulder problems from warn out athletes.

Absolutely true. Had an impinged shoulder from a mountain bike crash. My Physical Therapist had me do these as part of the rehabilitation.

I’ll have to try the Turkish get-ups. Seems like a complex movement. I’ve been doing pushups and pullups, combined with rotator cuff exercises in the morning. They’ve been helping.
