We use the Ronan Multi Cut clippers - much easier.
He-Man
I own one of these but your way is simpler and one less tool to lose.
Nice He.Man… I have done something similar, but usually if I am at a job, I use my Triumph scrapper to chop it…
We use anvil cutters like Matt.
I use one of these. Cuts a clean straight edge every time…
Did you build that yourself Bee?
Wow That was cool!
Scraper
I too use this one. It will cut a sliver off perfectly straight. Bought it thru WCR.
Also found it is good when you only need to take small piece off the end of the squeegee rubber.
Say 1/16 inch or so cuts it cleanly and straight.
If I were to try smacking an exposed blade with a screwdriver (let alone one I was holding with my bare hands)… hospital trip for Ryan. But it did seem to work well.
