Do an on-line search of Slayer, far from a hair band. These guys do not sing about “every rose has it’s thorn” or “pouring sugar on me” of “cherry pie”.
:):)
WOW! No kidding. Interesting album names: “God Hates Us All”; “Christ Illusion”; not likely to make the playlist on my I-Pod. Still, at my age, its good to know I’m not completely losing my memory - they’re still a band!
one of my favorite bands to this day. Nothing gets the blood going like slayer in the morning. Check them out on youtube…“south of heaven” is a good tune.
Chris what was the reasoning behind the color? Deatails…I kinda know the story with the unnamed “S” company but every legend has a story, what is it?
What can you tell us about the Slayer, what type of end clips does it have, and how is it different and better then whats on the market already? Is it lighter then the rest, stronger, have a life time guarantee?
While I can’t speak for Chris and Alex, I don’t think it has to be much different than what’s out there now. It just gives you another option when it comes to channels. What I understand is that it will use the same style rubber as the S**** channels so I imagine it will use a similar clip system. I’m looking forward to trying mine out.
It’s definitely not an Ettore super Channel painted red.
The Ettore Super channel uses standard style rubber blades with the round rubber bead.
The Slayer uses Soren style of rubber which has a bead shaped like a “T”.
As a side note, I’m not a fan of either styles of the Ettore Super Channel because on one the rubber does not protrude out from the channel far enough to have the proper flexibility needed and on the other style they over compensated and the rubber blade sticks out too far from the channel.
I like the color. I also know the story for the most part. I was just trying to put another match to the fire. Sometimes it’s nice to get an update. ha ha
