Does anyone use a slogan along with their logo? I’m working up another batch of brochures and wanted to change a few things. I was thinking of something like “Our work shines above the rest” or something corny like that. Any suggestions? I mainly do windows but also do floors and pressure washing.
Our Slogan is “We don’t cut corners, we clean them”
Put some effort into a slogan. It should state a benefit or something unique (or not talked about by competitors).
Now aintjemama, (as I sit cowering in a corner fearing a smack-down )
Your slogan is a little overused and could impede branding your business. To give you an example of how overused your slogan is (4-5 use it here that I know of) I put a link on some others who don’t cut corners…

Why do you people fear me???
We don’t use the slogan on anything but the top of our website and CERTAIN letterheads. We rely on our LOGO for brand recognition, not the slogan.
So you might say, it’s not really a slogan for us as much as a statement of fact!!
I don’t want to sound like everyone else but I haven’t thought of a slogan too much until recently. I want people to get something out of it, especially if it’s going to be on the front of a brochure that most probably wont open. If it’s on the front and catchy it might get them interested enough to actually read the material and see what it is that I do.
I like mine “We Have A Spotless Reputation”
Toot Toot:D
You, my dry cleaner and the car wash up the street!!!
Well, how dare them steal that from me.
I’ll have a word with them, or maybe I’ll just scare them with my big Cuss word neck tattoo!!!
toot toot? lol
I just shat myself thinking about that…
Isn’t that the point?
Ours is We Give You A New View. Dual meaning. First it’s what they get after we’re done and second it’s like an introduction.
My Window Man - “Improving your outlook on life”
We don’t use it much but it has kinda stuck itself to us. Kinda corny if you ask me but hey, arn’t all slogans kinda corny?
Mine is " Everyone Loves A Clear View Into The World"
I have it on my invoices, business card and all stationary
Corny yes ! But i have had many compliments on it .
In my phone book ad’s (I’m in 3 of them), I have a big header that says;
“Let Me Make One Thing Perfectly Clear…Your Windows!!”
That’s mine.
windowman
A slogan is a good idea. Ours is “Because a mountain home needs a view.”
Like MountainView, most of my customers have homes (second homes) here in the mountains, the killer ones have views of the highest peak in New Mexico, so I’ve started incorporating:
“Get the view that you paid for!”
into my mail outs, along with a little paragraph about us understanding the effort and pride they take in having the views that they have, and the pride we take in giving them the clarity of truly clean windows. So far it has been well received.
Nice feedback. Some corny, some good. I’ll probably end up with something that is used in a ton of different industries no matter what I think of. It can be hard to be original sometimes.
This is funny!
That was ridiculously unhelpful, but funny indeed.
