How does one position sectionals in order to clean a chandelier over a stairwell? Do you believe stack ladders are a replacement for little giant?
Easy, lean it up against the chandelier.

ShinyWindowz:
I’ve been looking into getting a Little Giant ladder. There are so many different kinds I don’t know which kind to get.
Basically I want to be able to get to a chandelier over a stairwell. I would have to set it up on the stairwell from what I can guess.
I like the Little Giant Xtreme 22’ with all the free stuff you can get, plus their standoff looks safer than the werner quick click I use for my extension ladder. The weight rating is appealing and all the free stuff you get with it makes the cost not seem so bad. It would also fit on top of a short vehicle or one with a hatchback, as I was looking into getting either a Nissan Cube or a Scion XB as an around the town beater, it seems like a perfect fit.
Anyone have ANY version of the Little Giant? I’d love to hear from you before I buy. My idea is to replace my 24’ and smaller extension and A-frame ladders with 1 of these for each vehicle.
The salesman was in my Costco today and I had to RUN out of the store before I bought one on the spot. If I hear good things tonight, I might go buy 2 of them with the standoffs and a scaffolding tomorrow.
… Mines not a LG, but same style, I found it lying in the road 10 years ago. It’s a 16’ and I like it a lot for stairwells and
when I need up to 8’ step ladder. All I carry is that and a 24’ extension. Oh, and a 3 step. I do wish it were a lot lighter though.
