Someone may have fired themselves?

New storefront customer left on a cruise without paying invoice. Not cool. Also not in any hurry to schedule again.

I keep forgetting, and I’m constantly amazed at the different types of people/personalities. I am constantly amazed that how people can be so very different, and the people that you wouldn’t think would become lifelong customers and cheerleaders. i’m also amazed at how people can just drop you/ghost you and not even have a back up plan for a window cleaner, etc. I find we can be somewhat involved in customers lives and make friends, but it can be a bit of an emotional roller coaster in time in terms of having trust, betrayed/being dropped, etc. so it is never boring!!

…and it took 3 attempts at contacting to get that response. :-/

I had one that got real pissy when I was trying to collect payment. I just doped the client and moved on to other jobs that paid higher and didn’t leave me hanging on payment.
