So I had a job completed recently and it rained a couple days later. A few windows got spots all over them. These windows have a awning thing that overhangs almost 2’ feet out. I believe the awning rippling in the wind is what is throwing dirty water back onto the window. Either that or possibly runoff down the dirty walls of the building. I don’t mind going back and touching them up, but it will probably do this after any windy rain days and maybe rain days in general. How would/do any of you handle a problem like this?
Easy. Go back and touch them up. We give a 3 day rain guarantee, some folks give 7.
I went back and touched them up, no charge. I feel this will happen after most rain storms though. So are you saying go back and touch them up everytime for free? This glass will only be cleaned twice per year.
Yes, that is what I’m saying. However I only do touch ups if the customer calls.
