Spring Offer/Discount?

So I am in the process of pulling together my spring marketing campaign and continue to circle back to this question. Where should I settle my per pane price and what should my offer be for spring. I have a discount I have setup for 25 windows inside & out tracks, sills, screans and gutter cleaning for 199-250/$79 25 outside windows and I feel that the offer is decent offer to start off the year. The average per pane around here is in/out $6, which I found myself last fall doing as bidding 6 per casement which did not pan out to a very lucrative process but did not do enough to turn me away. I am turning what I was doing in fall upside down. I will be setting up my responsibid account to set up the bids for 7 maybe 8 per pane to handle the website bidding. Do you see a flaw of some kind as well do you have any kinds of advice on offers discounts good for spring?

Spring is when you can command the highest for your services…

The price I am offering has raised substantially from my fall steelo.

So $14/$16 for a double hung?

$14-16 for a double hung? I need to move there! Even for a storm window that is pretty high down here in Midwest.

Why do you assume that geographic location is the determine factor when it comes to price?

I feel that you should not lowball your price…then all window cleaners will hate you.

Good example is how Apple priced their equipment all carriers carry it on a standard price.

I prefer level playing field than having a lowball price advantage.

Well the whole 14-16 per double hung is what Im trying to break down. That number is wayyyyyy higher than 80-90 percent of the companies ut here so I do need to refigure that which would possibly be to count the casement per double hung rather than per pane(that is how I have it on my website)… But last fall I counted per casement on a fare amount an lost out by quite a bit. So This is something I need to figure out which is why I am posting this give me some feedback. 7-8 per doublehung casement?
