So many sealants and so little time. Nanovations NG1010 has been getting fantastic reviews so far by my little mastermind of professionals that I completely trust.
If you polish glass with a compound or slurry or even a dry pad like is used in the Glass Renu (although this process is finished with a cerium slurry);…you should absolutely seal. Cuz every time you polish the glass becomes REALLY hungry for the next stain and will now scratch with extreme ease! Every time.
Also some guys will use the One Restore when doing WFP work because it makes the glass hydrophylic. This tells me it chemically reacts with the glass and deep cleans it. Feel the surface with a dry fingertip before and after. See if it is more rough when dry. After the rinse than before. When glass is roughened like this either physically or chemically it absolutely needs a sealant.
I am not in favor of using chemicals that react with glass. This is just my opinion.
