So I usually turn my my ladders upside down and have the head piece on the floor for windows like this . I don’t think it’s feasible here. For all you guys that use levelers on your ladders. Will that be suitable for these ??
Excelerator, liquidator ,flick pad Angle adaptor pole .
Easy, fast, fun
I’d pole it. Maybe a little giant and pole for a better angle, but those walls look like the kind where I’d be concerned about ladder marks
Send me a link to this thing. I’ve been set in my ways about them, but time to just let it go.
I can see it working here like you say .
Thanks
Ya I’m not going to buy a litlte giant. I’m not cheap but I’ll never use it agian. In all my years I’ve never came across stairway windows like these. Usually it’s straight not rounding like these, but these ladders I would think about. I really don’t like these either, but it’s an idea
Thanks
Definitely concerned about those walls. Sometimes the risk isn’t worth the reward.
I bought these. I think these will do it , but I’m not 100%. I’d probably buy that waggy thingamajig
Too. I see that having Place here
@DelirousDungo
Can you finish these windows off without a ladder with that thing ??
absolutely i have not brought a ladder in house for several years. you must have all the peices i mentioned, the angle adapter is crucial, i do lots of high insides
keep in mind there is a learning curve to extreme precision with a pole and some find the moerman system challenging.
when i used to walk in to house with say a ten foot sellng with top transom windows all around the top i used to dread havu=ing to move furniture and constantly reposition ladder now i smile cause they will be the easiest fastest windows in the house.
18 feet high, deep ledge no sweat
This is why I like my little giant ladders for interior work on stairs.
Sectionals and a ladder leveler.
On a side note when I install my auto leg leveler on my sectional I cut the ladder in half first so I have a half section
Isn’t there easier money to be made?
So what you ended up doing ? Pole ?
I have a half section already. I’m going to attach them to my bottom piece. Shouldn’t be a problem with these windows with the ladder leveler right ??
Man … all my years never had stairs like this. Not that I can remember a least.
Dan I’m with you , I’m all about the easy work. This is the only difficult part of this house.
There’s a couple of other ladder jumps , but nothing that’s complicated. It’s all about the money. Price it right and then it’s worth it.
@GenaroGuzman
I sent out the estimate the other day. Waiting to see if she excepts it. This could all for not., but hey I have ladder levelers now .
Attach levelers to a middle section. The bottom sections are already wide at the bottom and the levelers make it too wide for stairs
Those are super easy money I charge extra for those and they are done easy Peezy
I didn’t think of that, Glad you mentioned it. Well that sucks. I have to burn a middle section. Just so I can use it on stairways.
I don’t even think a litlte giant will work with these stairs, because of the curve. What do you think ???
Ladder upside down gets the top two I’m almost positive. The bottom one though is giving me doubts . I don’t even have this job yet dont know why I’m stressing it. I’m just curious
