Over the years our mailings have increased. It’s hard to believe this is even an issue. I was curious what others in our industry are using and their opinions on each. Still using stamps, using a mail meter or tried Stamps.com?
What type of mailings are you doing? Thank you cards and reminders? I use Housecall for that
Billing is the main issue. At the end of the month sending the commercial route work customers their monthly bill.

Why not email them the invoice at end of month and they can print it if they want a physical copy

@aviloria That works for some of our customers but the older Mom and Pop locations not so much.
Print invoice put in envelope and have your tech give it to customer on the last clean of the month.
