Strorage Ideas?

Looking for storage ideas… Right now I only have a pt cruiser should be getting a truck or van early next year… I am Looking for something that I can keep My mops and squeegees on hanging on the back seat… anyone have any ideas?

This works for me! Holds my towels inside as it is large enough… With an extra bag or tote your golden for a more compact vehicle… Does have a lot of “un-necesarry” pockets, however I have found ways to use them up. Best

These should hold EVERYTHING . http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001CF3N9M/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1450242137&sr=8-3&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=molle+seat+back+panel&dpPl=1&dpID=41h8lSs4fJL&ref=plSrch

This is what I did…its felt wrapped now though. I just built it last weekend. Practically doubles my space. Probably about the same size vehicle as your PT Cruiser.aw c

Nice xB! I like that setup- very slick

Btw, do you still have the rear seats installed? I freed up a ton of space in ours by removing the seats and storage/spare tire compartment, and just putting in a plywood deck.

You should show us your wrap, too

Removing the rear seats is a great idea! That looks like a lot of opened up space …I need to remove weight anyway…I’m starting to look like I’m riding dirty!

Here’s the vehicle wrap.

that looks great. i find that i have so much space i just throw stuff in with very little organization. the smaller space forces you to think how stuff should be laid out.

Quick question is the roof racks in the video mounted or they the ones that strap to the roof thru the vehicle?

Very nice!

One would hope so, lol. You should see our vehicle by the end of the week sometimes, lol…

The ones on our xB (and it appears like @Shinywindows’ xB, as well) are a simple ‘base rack’ that straps/clamps to the door jambs/roof.

I personally would prefer to get a bolt on rack system designed for work minivans/suvs- it would feel just a little more safe if I were ever involved in an accident. But that will probably be for our next vehicle.

Haha, I know what you’re talking about. I think I probably pulled around 100 lbs from ours, just between the seats and the spare tire. You should check out the AIR LIFT 60774 1000 Series Rear Air Spring Kit

I don’t have that kit installed on ours yet, but a friend of mine has it on his Yaris (pretty much same car as the xB, mechanically), and he swears by it. He said he tows about 1,500 lbs with it, even with the car* full* of passengers, and it doesn’t sag.
