Stupid Window Cleaner... Can I get in TROUBLE for this?

So once in a while we like to do a photo caption contest for our blog. We posted a a photo of this stupid window cleaner…

First off I’m sorry if this is you and you are reading this… We’ve all done dumb things in our lives and I hope you’ve upgraded to maybe a WFP or something safer by now for getting to those hard to reach windows.

So does anyone know if I can get in trouble for using this picture? Or any picture at that that you find on the internet? What if fair game and what isn’t?

You should be fine, I dont think the person in that picture will stumble across your blog, if you got it from google images then you are not the source of posting that so you are safe as far as the idiot getting mad at you.

as far as using it in your blog when you found it on the internet, I wouldnt worry at all, the most that could happen is the owner of that picture may ask you to take it down but that is highly unlikely, there is so much “borrowing” of pictures on the internet.

As long as there is not a copyright embedded, you are good to go. Just do not photo shop the head, it may be a criminal offense soon.

Oh, wow. I wouldn’t be concerned for same reasons others have stated. Odds are better that Murphy’s law catches up to him before any other law catches up with you over this.
