Troy Liposec from PacifiClear Window Cleaning in mission Viejo CA shares his setup with WCR.
Great utilization of space Troy.
Very nice set up Troy. I like the upside down ladder rack!
I’m sorry Troy but you are just too organized!
Very well put together Mr Liposec!
VERY impressive Troy, I would have liked to see your setup in person at the convention. It really puts my Van to shame
Thanks guys.
I’m not sure why but there are annotations in the video that are not popping up. Maybe it can be fixed.
This video has the annotations.
You gotta see this thing in person, hey Troy, is this the same van you had at the other thing in LA last year? Didn’t you have an inlet valve sort of like a grommet on the side of your van for the water to go in and out of?
Hey Andrew, your van is pretty tight bro. You just need to fill it up, as time go’s by you will my man. You got alot of room in your van.
Tell me about it. The whole floor is taken up (no room to walk or reach) and I don’t really use the walls. Your trailer gave me an idea though so I might try what you did and buy some bored for the walls to hookup some shelves and drawers. I might also try the whole upside down ladder rack Troy has goin on, that was genius.
There is a company that sells shelving and stuff specifically for vans and trailers called Adrian Steel I believe that the name of it. Pretty expensive stuff, but you can get some really great ideas from there too. Its just, the way Troy has it set up is a window cleaners heaven.
Tory, same van but I didn’t have the graphics on it. Also, that wasn’t my van that had the pure water outlet on it, that one was parked next to mine. That van had some awesome graphics. I took pics of it but I can’t find them now.
Andrew, hit me up when you are in the area and you can check it out if I’m available. Or, I usually try to organize a couple lunch gatheings for window cleaners in the area in the winter (I try to do it when we are getting rain). I’ll let you know when we do one and maybe you can check it out then.
Thanks Tory.
There is also American Van they have some good stuff. Another possible source for cargo area storage is [URL=“http://www.famvans.com/”]FamVans. They buy used vans and strip them down (the cargo area), they usually have some used stuff there, not sure if they would sell it with out you buying a van from them but it might be worth checking.
Check Craig’s List and other sources too.
Troy,
I’m understanding more of why Bruce complemented you the way he did. Not only are you dialed in with your customers, you’re also optimized on the entire cleaning process.
What did it cost to have the floor and walls sprayed with the water proofer?
Looks very well organized, I’m impressed!
I just have one question for you Troy. How do you get rid of the pressure washer exhaust?
Do you use a hose or is there an outlet in the roof?
More importantly, when can you come up and organize my truck? LOL
Thanks for sharing…
vic
Thanks Mark. I paid around $800 to have the inside of the van sprayed with a Line-X Liner
If you look closely at the PWer you can see the exhaust has a devirter. It directs the exhaust out the door.
Nice setup! I wanna come work for you. I didnt see a cooler for beer anywhere in there though
love it
That is a sweet ride. Right now I am trying to decide to go with a van or truck for residential.
