What’s the most ppm (parts per million) reading you could have on a TDS meter and still have a spot free rinse?? Need help please.
Thanks
FYI. I’m showing a 16 now,
On 16 no spots ?
It depends what the 16 ppm are made of…I know sometimes with a 5 ppm it can spot a bit but even at 20 ppm Ive had it dry perfect…Hard to say for sure…but I think your pushing your luck at 16 probably.
I’ve cleaned spot free at 40 before. Completely depends on what the 40 ppm ARE, like josh said above.
I used it yesterday with no spots. Looked at the meter today and saw it was at 16… ???
What meter should I get or test kit to see what the solids are? Be nice to know if spotting at 1 or 0 and you know for a fact they were scrubbed and rinsed. Would be interesting to know the culprit and give an idea for a few simple pre-filters. I don’t know, just thinking out loud
WCR has a great handheld one. I use it all the time. You won’t have any spots at 0 or 1…
