The 30 magic marketing words you should be using

Always be marketing because practice is what makes you better.

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” -Thomas Edison

When you speak to your customers, find ways to genuinely use “keywords” to promote your business and draw in your customer. In your marketing material (flyers, door hangers, e-mails, business cards, even your clothing) be sure to utilize words and phrases that draw in your intended customer. Change it up periodically too; try not to get stuck and utilize just one thing that you may have found to work. Experiment a little - instead of buying 5,000 or 10,000 of one mailer or door hanger, try a few with one message and see how well it did - then try a few with a slightly different message or graphics and see which one does best.

Always be practicing.

From a marketer…^^^^^^^^^^^^^This!

I agree, some great words in there for marketing materials, though I must say that when I am talking to my customers I am intentionally not marketing.

You may have misunderstood by what I meant by “when talking to your customer”. Everyone is your customer that you encounter while selling your services - as opposed to being in the home, office, or store while doing the job. You wouldn’t be marketing with your landed customer during small talk, unless they lead the conversation that way.
