I’ve been with the Customer Factor since I needed help keeping track of how much repeat customers paid last service and if they paid for a balance due on a service and also scheduling and managing recurring customers accounts etc. During that time I was making about $1500- $2000/mo gross(4 years ago). From time to time I will call Steve and give him many ideas for improving the software. He usually makes 50% or more of my suggestions immediately and sometimes the other suggestions he works on for weeks to improve his service. Many other times he tells me the software already has implemented my idea because it was already part of the software before I thought of it, and he takes the time to show me how to use a certain feature. Every time I call and hear his voice I am instantly at ease because I know he cares about my company and me. I know that if I have a problem he will take care of it and/or explain me out of a hairy situation. He could have sold it off many times to someone who didn’t care but he hasn’t. He is a genuine caring owner that takes care of his customers needs much like myself.
For this reason I decided to post this thread. I would HIGHLY recommend The Customer Factor, he helped my company 10 fold in just a few years and now that they have credit card billing there is no reason to use any other CRM on the planet. I will admit sometimes I get frustrated with the software and I may offend Steve or tell him how frustrated I am and its usually operator error. He never gets upset with me and we usually enjoy a good laugh on the phone. Sometimes he spends over an hour on the phone resolving any issues and helping me learn how to use the software.
My company basically runs so effectively because of The Customer Factor allowing me to spend more time with my Clients and managing my employee and doing labor rather than wasting time scheduling and tracking down payments. Signing up with the Customer Factor was easily the best business decision I’ve ever made and knowing Steve is on the other line when I call is all the more reason why I would suggest you sign up!
