The Diamond Clear Restoration System

Its all done with diamonds. Synthetic that is. And the wheel is unlike anything you have ever seen. A brand new technology that will completely revolutionize the stain removal industry. This is what I am currently building.

I recieved the first proto-type wheel today. It is beautiful! Am in discussion regarding the materials that will be used for the rings. And am working with three different companies that manufacture specialty diamonds for industry.

I will keep you posted.

Diamonds? Sounds expensive. I assume there is a much lower cost for synthetic diamonds than the real deal, yes?

That sounds very interesting Henry… Please keep us posted as it develops.

So I have put the wheel on my drill motor and cranked it to over a thousand rpms. It hummed and even demonstrated a gyroscopic effect. Very very smooth! I could work it with only one hand. This IS unlike anything that has ever been developed for the stain removal industry. The rings I develop will have a pressure sensitive adhesive and be repositional. They are a very thin plastic coated with a special polycrystalline diamond particle. These are synthetic diamonds. A single 6 by 6 inch sheet of this stuff goes for around 20 bux. So the question that needs to be answered is how many square feet of glass can we clear using a single sheet. Of course the ring cut from a square has an OD of six inches and an ID of five. So there is enough sheet left over to make a smaller disk or ring. The polishing surface should work with pure water. The wheel has been designed so that water can be ran directly through the center area. There should be no clean up time such as when compounds are used. Again this is a radically new design. The real key to maximizing the effectiveness of the diamond particles is to attain very close contact between the glass surface and the polishing surface.

Keep us informed Henry sound very interesting…

henry is like the spock of window cleaning.

[B]The Diamond Clear Restoration System is complete. I have tested it on dark glass. The most difficult surface to clear. It hummed so smooth. One handed I could remove stains. With diamond. I could have been drinking from a wine glass with the other hand at the same time. When done all I needed to do was soap the window and squeegee it off. No mess. And no acids. It even took the stains off quicker than the most popular acid based wipe on product being sold now. But of course with no chance of etching the glass. This is it. The next step in stain removal. And oh yeah. I put together the proto for several hundred. NOT THOUSANDS!

what is this new scratch removal system that you talk about?

is it for sale?

cant seem to find any information about it on the ineternet, I am looking for a water spot/scratch removal system
that doesnt cost over $1000

Have you done any Restoration yet?

i have not done any restoration but i turn down at least 1 job a week for water spots.

Our hardwater is in the 200-300 here in my area and none of the cleaners (one restore, titan, CC550) can make it budge.

I want to be able to remove these water spots and so I think I need a polishing system, mr hardwater or glass renu.

Henry is talking about a new revolutionary method and i want to get in on it, im all about quicker and easier.

Henry seems to be a pretty smart cookie…

There are some really good systems for removing Hard water staining and scratch removal.

Glass Restoration is a great service to offer, but that being said there is a steep learning curve to scratch removal, hard water stain removal is a lot easier to learn.
