I haven’t really experienced that here, I think its more of people don’t want to do it because if they try to do it its just a waste of time, they spend the weekend attempting to clean their windows and the end result is far from crystal clear. Most of my high end customers have window cleaning poles and squeegees in their garages, they have spent the money on they tried and failed so they would rather have perfect windows, they try the other guys and have lackluster results then they find me. I guess for me in the small town I live in customers are used to being let down by other trades including window cleaners.
