Would be like a 3 foot gooseneck. Or better yet a lift.

Unless they are paying you very dearly, rock hard pass.
An extra long goose neck on the water fed would help, but the scrubbing power when attached to the gooseneck is… less than desirable.

I have, though not that big a job. Wfp plus goose neck and the strain on the body made want to never do it again. A lift would work well.

What I would tell them is. You need a lift to get above , but we can save you money if you just want below done.
Watch how fast they tell you just do below
