Thinking about selling my business in Nashville

Hello, Im new on here and new to the industry (started last May). I started the business last year and had some great success but dont really feel like I am the best fit for the industry. Plus I am not a window cleaner, more of a sales guy. I have some pretty cool clients/leads all or most are high rise and used a little bit of Home Advisor and Thumbtack. I am not sure how to price it as we have abnormal revenues for a 7 month period but the majority is a couple of very large construction jobs.

Is anyone in the area or close by interested in talking?

Maybe talk to the fish owner there. They might also want to hire you as a salesperson. Finding a good salesperson is hard.

Following as I am curious about the valuation and selling advice the OP will be receiving.

Selling a business with less than 1 years revenue can be challenging. window cleaning business sell for 60% of annual sales. I’ve done comps for other WC business that have sold and it can be anywhere from .8 to 2.7 x Sellers Discretionary Income. Depending on size, franchised or independent, gross revenue and SDE.

I am more than happy to talk to you about it. Feel free to call me at 903-565-9622.
