Finally finished this job, 3 1/2 days solo
There are two houses on the same lot homeowner lives in the front and 80 something mom and dad live in the back, here is the front residence.
There’s one single window on the left side of porch, I’ve decided after this job to start looking for part-time help.

Here is the second home behind it …
I had to wipe down all the window frames and the inside of the window framing as well including removing the mildew on the rubber seals, used vacuum to suck all the crap off the sills. This house had to be cleaned entirely from the outside could not go inside to do any of this

Rob, what made you hit the tipping point to hire part-time and way not just train and hire full-time?
Without getting too involved in the major details and thus possibly changing thread topic I’ll just say it would of saved me more time and less labor and after all time is money isn’t it
