Anyone using this VOIP iPhone4 (and iPad and iPod Touch) app?

The review I read (I’m still an eWeek subscriber…) stated that voice quality and features were outstanding (unlimited free calling and texting in US and Canada), and SMS messaging was good.
It provides a full second line; SkypeOut is somewhat a comparable – but lower priced – service.
