Wrap it thing is for extension cords. I use 2 of them to hold a craftsman wrench roll holding my squeegee blades.

Pvc glue was used to glue the pvc couplers together. This fit tight into the bucket but i still fastened the pvc via 4 small screws with washers to prevent the screws from pulling through the thin plastic bucket.

Its a retractable awning for taking breaks and it can be set up in front of the windows you are cleaning to block the sun so you can work in the shade.
