Ya just pull the washer offf. Use that as your templet so to speak to drill your holes. Either mark it with something or just drill as your holding it. That’s pretty much it .

Hahaha, I am in CA. Thank you for the info. I am gonna work on it today. Hopefully without cracking the bucket. What you did is exactly what I needed to utilize more of the small space I have. I will post some pics when I am done. Thanks again!
