Tricky access to windows

How would you do these? Bikes are all locked in the rack.

Skip em, your not a magician, what do they expect…

They look clean enough anyways…

Throw a short skinny guy back there. Get ter dun!

That’s because I cleaned them before I took the picture.

Yes I am!
At least I try to make my customers think so.

I’m always having to get in spots like this. I don’t like it either but I do it. I’d probably use a combination of pole work and stooping/leaning to get it done. I find myself climbing salt bags, firewood, etc and getting behind carts, displays, flowers, etc. Ahhh the life of a window cleaner!

And I try to find out when those bikes are least likely to be there. Early morning, late afternoon. And I plan my route around the time if I can.

Are there times of the day when there are no or few bikes in the rack? Or, Bolt cutters might be handy…

Ok. I shot video of what I did to access these windows. To view it, go to Mile High Window Cleaning Supply. Once there, scroll down to view the video.

A good WC’er will find a way to get them clean.
Of course I am skinny and can get most places. Does the bike rack move or is it bolted down?

My WFP would make quick easy work of that.

It’s bolted down.

True, but conditions at the site are not ideal for wfp.

John,
Is the green microfiber sleeve your goto for exterior? What do you use for more aggressive scrubbing? Do you blade?
Nice work with the wagtail.
Thanks, Dale

The Unger green microfiber is all I use. I scrape when necessary.
