I have an opportunity to expand my business. I have been approached by a few residential builders, to service the new home (job site) clean up.
I don’t have any experience in interior home cleaning pricing. (My Personal Home cleaner charges $20/hr cash)
My question is:
What terms should I be aware for pricing the described work. Top to bottom cleaning for brand new home owners.
The work is staggered across the province. So the cost of travel will need to be reinburst etc.
I have meeting this week to bang out a deal for 23 new homes.
My thought process is 60-70/hr/person,plus $0.50/km.
