what is the best way to talk to the manager about cleaning there windows and whats the average time to get a window cleaning route established
It really depends on what type of business your looking at. I talked to a fast food store manager at one location around 9:00 am on a monday. She was really nice and had been looking for a new window cleaner as the one they had was a quickie worker and didn’t do a good job. She gave me there office number and I talked to the owner of the company that owns 7 other fast food places. I offered to do all stores and there office bi-weekly for a reasonable rate. Most of the stores are spaced out a little but all but 1 are in areas I always am working and wouldn’t be a problem to fit in. Right now this is my main source of income. However make sure you have at least 1-2 million insurance poilicy as most know fast food places will not hire you. Hope this helps
This helps big.
The guy I bought my company from was in the business for 30 years- and a great salesman. He always told me the one thing that closes a sale, is repetition. Meaning- if you stop by once and never follow up- they won’t believe you’re dependable. He always said stop by at least 3 times on a prospect and act genuinly interested in their needs. And more often than not- if I didn’t succeed at first- try back and they will usually have given it more thought- and at the same time you’ve formed a friendship by that time…
