I’m sure others have had better results with payment.

No different here. Any time I called about their past due payment I was told that the check was being processed “this week”. It was always the same funny coincidence that I happened to call the same day the check was already in the printer.

Another problem was that one rep there would tell me one thing, then another rep would tell me differently. I terminated them. They actually called me 4 months later to told me that they were going to have to let me go. The rep didn’t even realize that I hadn’t sent them a signed work order in 4 months.
