does anyone use unger easy glide soap? how do you keep from having a cloudy film after squeegying
I haven’t had that happen yet. Maybe it’s oxidation residue from the window frame. Currently I have only cleaned metal and wood framed windows but no residue as of yet. I use the 4 caps per gallon mixture.
I plan on trying Glass Gleam 3 or 4 if I can get a sample of it somewhere.

Thank you for the link. I actually tried that over a week ago. But no response yet. I would buy a bottle but shipping cost is almost as much or even more than the bottle. I’m still trying to find a local dealer.

I’ve used it for 7 years and never had a problem with a cloudy film. Does this happen everytime you use it or just occasionally?

Kenny, Do you use fabric softener when you clean your towels and t bar sleeve. I just cleaned my Van windshield and still no residue. So I think it is something else causing the cloudy residue. Maybe old soap film on the window or something like that.

Did you dab it on your wrists or neck?
+1 and no larry I did not splash a dab on their body parts lol. Maybe I should on me lol.
As far as film goes I have never had problem. Maybe your using a rich mix? 1 capful per gallon. If thats not it, then it’s something else as already stated here.
Ray, I agree with you man with the 1 cap per gallon. The bottle actually says 4 caps per gallon but I use much less than that. Waaaay too many suds.
I have used Unger easy glide it and really liked it until the end of the day. #1 smelling that cheap aftershave fragrance all day made me nausious and # 2 it seemed to break down in my second premixed bucket and wasnt slick at all. That cheap aftershave smell was a real turnoff but i really like the initial glide it had in the beginning.

Its funny how different people are about the smell. I am totally used to it.
One of my storefront customers told me that when she smells my solution, she automatically thinks of clean windows.
