Last Friday was payday and my guys all came over to my house to get paid as usual. I ordered some pizzas and we were hanging out eating and having some laughs. Then one of them asked me about this window cleaning website that I am always talking about. So when moved the party into my office and I brought up WCR on the screen. I went to the forum and we started to peruse the subjects. My guys loved it! They really loved reading some of the challenges that people have had here, different tool talks and techniques. We talked about we could have done things differently on jobs based on experiences of all of you folks and they were engaged.
So, this morning, I had to call them and tell them our jobs today were rescheduled due to rain. I thought they were going to tell me about how they were going to catch up on some rest during this downtime. Instead, they asked if they could come by and read the WCR forum with me and talk about what we were reading about. How cool is that!
Soon, they will all be graduates of the University of WCR!
