I’m a big fan on wraps to have the name of the company and phone number most prominent. The overall design looks good and I think you’re really close. I’d take a step back and think about what you notice when seeing other vans that are wrapped. Color make a huge difference as well to help things pop and get noticed.
Wraps aren’t cheap but worth their weight in gold when done right. Don’t settle until you’re completely satisfied.
I would completely agree with you. Here is the design for reference and a suggestion that I’d make regarding the web address. On the tailgate I would move the phone number up and make it larger so that it spans maximum space. With the number moved up, I would make the web address span the largest amount of space along the bottom. That would help it stand out and be much more prominent. Maybe talk with the designer on ways to emphasize the web address so that it pops more as it is made larger (use a white outline around the black letters). I dig the overall name of the business, but the website address is so long it’s tough to remember. Just throwing this out there for suggestions to help drive maximum vehicle exposure and be noticed!
Good stuff guys !!! Meeting with the designer today. Here is what I’m going to ask him to do. Take power washing and put it underneath window cleaning which will enable it to be bigger. Take residential commercial & storefront and run it Vertical next the ending of window cleaning & power washing. Make it much smaller . We will probably have to make my logo smaller then we can make the web address bigger. Also I will ask him to make the border black of the lettering I like that idea. Thanks dexter!!!
I here what you guys are saying about the web address being to long. I have looked at tons I mean tons of wraps most have long web address’. If it’s sitting still most people will probably take a pic of it If it’s moving I believe most people will opt to remember the phone #. Over the web address. I could be wrong though , But you guys got me thinking now to change it. And is it really that much of a game changer to do so.
For a bit of context I buy and sell domains as a hobby and have been doing this since the late 90s (it’s ridiculous I know). With that said there are quite a few options that are available to you depending on what you’d like to convey. I just did a quick search and came up with the following which are all available:
The above should give you some ideas of what’s out there and ways to craft something that fits you. As Njones mentioned it’s very easy to have your new domain name forward to the old address.
It’s been around for several years and is no different than a .com or .net. Your challenge is that Majestic is a popular word and trying to find combos that fit for .com will be tough. That is why using a .co works great because it’s not been picked over as much as .com.
