How are you folks cleaning vertical blinds? The one’s that are Plastic/vinyl, one side is wavy texture other side smooth. Also how much do you guys charge per blind?

Definite not a big fan of this product, they are prone to snap easily at the top
No science here to cleaning these, murphy oil soap warm water and one @ a time
Start up at one end, clean from top to bottom work way to the other end.
I just dont do them. I tried it once. Never again. I made a friend that is a blind cleaner. We give each other business all the time. I estimate Ive gotten at least 10 jobs from him in the past year. He’s gotten about the same from me.
I read the thread because I have the same question only I have the same answer as the one given so I learned nothing new

… Ditto. I hate doing verticals. Horizontals I can tolerate, but barely. And I too met a guy who does blinds. He uses an ultrasonic bath that cleans it all, the slats, the strings, the mechanism, it does a great job. So far he’s given me at least a half dozen jobs and I’m feeling bad cause I haven’t given him any, so I’m going to offer to to his windows for free.
wcs. I think he charges between $10 and $20 a blind and he uses the ultrasonic tank as well.
