I love a chicken kebab as well as cleaning windows. You can have the best of both worlds if you’re lucky!

Nice swirl technique. And thats a large mop and squeegee. I don’t do many storefronts. Never used that large a mop or squeegee.
I think that’s more of a dead lifting belt than a window cleaning belt.
Maybe it’s just me, but when I watch some of these storefront videos, I see a lot of needless, wasted motion while they do some really fancy fanning. It looks nice, but I don’t see why it’s always necessary. Maybe it’s a case of selling the sizzle, not the steak.
I can do some of that pretty fanning myself, and on some jobs, it makes sense. But on jobs like the one here, I don’t see the point. Two straight pulls with a 24" or 30" depending on the size of the glass and he’d be done in seconds.
+1 on the soap comment also.
Yes that stupid swirl he does when he gets inside is just for show.

He’s probably using more soap than usual for the camera.
He’s got precision. He needed very little detailing, and the way he fanned on the outside seemed a little more efficient than if he had straight pulled, and then went back to detail the edges. Inside, he had great drip management (apart from when he was holding the squeegee off the glass). Some unnecessary motions, but it was fun to watch :).

Ok, I can respect this guy. He does a good job, even if he uses a bottle of soap a day. 
Certainly like that one pass and done on the outside of the door. Impressive. The excessive swirling I think is either to agitate the dirt more or else he does it just for fun. Maybe to impress his girl. Good control on the inside with the exception of the quick side to side slashing that can send water flying left and right.
One thing I never do is use my main blade to clean a frame or a sill. Might as well drag it across the brick facade.
