I’m having a hell of a time finding the proper w2 forms for my employees. It seems like I need blank fronts but printed instructions on back?
Anyone else using wcra payroll have any tips for printing them?
Staples sells the w2 4-up forms but they dont have them with the instructions on back. Can I print the instructions somehow?
Have you looked into having your w-2’s processed online? You can have a service do it for like $10 per. You just plug in the numbers and they complete and Mail the forms for you.
Tim, you use WCRA Payroll, right? Once you log in you should see this in the middle. If I remember last year once that date hit I could download them righ there.

The download part isnt a problem. Its having the right form to print them on. The download has the whole front of the w2, but the instructions that are supposed to go on the back is whats throwing me off.
From what I can gather I need a perforated 4-up with backer (instructions) forms. The only places I can find that sells them cant get them to me by Feb 1. I can find the 4-up without backers but cant find where I can find the instructions to print on the back
