Wagtail Help

I just bought a slimline flipper for upper windows on storefront work, the only experience I have with them is using someones elses for about two minutes. Anyway I can’t figure out the right way to change the rubber. It looks like it is just held by tension with a small indention in the underside of the channel. I pull really hard and got the original rubber out, but what is the trick to getting the new one in? I can’t get it to slide past the indent. There is no screw to remove or anything like that, I feel like I am missing something really simple here. Can someone help me out?
Thanks
Joe

Soap… Stick a couple of drops in the channel & slide.

Ok, that figures, I just didn’t want to screw anything up. Thanks
Joe

If you use Dawn or slip in your solution, squirt some in the channel and on your rubber. If not put a little drop of soap in the channel and wet everything down just a little. Flush out the soap or it will keep sliding. Looks like you have a hole, I would straighten out the dimple and tap the hole, then use a screw so you can adjust the tension that you want.

Second thought, having a screw on the bottom of the channel probably not a good idea.
