I have a pre Existing Conditions Waiver and Tempered Glass Waiver I use for window cleaning, this year we are adding power washing. Do you guys find a damage or pre existing waiver needed for pressure washing? I tried to do some searches and found some that said it was needed and some that said it wasn’t. What do you think. Also if someone could PM me one I could look at it would help me to see what I should include in mine. All my internet searches only turned up very complex documents that basically said it’s not my fault if your house explodes, it seemed like more than I need. I appreciate the help.
