Aside from my disgust of Walmart I would not expect much

I know someone out here he cleans 8 or 9 of them corporate pays, some are weekly others 2x per month, he also cleans the outside glass on the freezer aisles I think .5 per.

Is Walmart evil for promoting within while chains like target, who actually pay the same wages, only it goes unnoticed many times because Walmart is so much bigger, yet target has a higher profit margin?

Nobody forces people to work at Walmart. We all have choices in life. People that chose to take other routes in life that left them with no marketable skills should be thankful that Walmart exists to give them a job.
Too many people seem to forget that the role of a business is to make money, not give people jobs

Walmart has actually saved many small towns. When a factory closes and 200 people suddenly find themselves out of jobs and no prospects in their area, Walmart saves the day

So Walmart pays people with zero skills a little better than minimum wage to sit inside an air conditioned building with zero risk for death and they are evil and people protest the low pay yet it’s ok for many cops, firefighters, and paramedics to put their lives on the line in the elements DAILY for what amounts to just a little over minimum wage?
Would you put your life on the line for $10 an hour? Many cops/firefighters/emts are doing it now as you read this.
Who started the war on walmart? Competitors.
