We did $100.000.00 last year gross and this year we are taking on a contract worth $24.000.00 with an hoa to do 93 apartments pressure wash and clean the windows and a few skylights once in may and just the windows outside only and the Skye lights in October exterior only all of it is exterior only this contract is being signed this week its with a prominent builder and the hoa it has huge potential actually im pretty excited about it i see al Lott of potential for growth in the years to come however i am in the phillipeans ive been hear fo a couple months and i see a lot of potential hear for investing and semi retiring if i could get $150.000.00 id would sreisouly consider selling it let me no david miller cell 949-374-2106

I cant see selling for $30.000 but i understand that window cleaning businesses are hard to get much for i do $10;000 a month July august September with one helper seem like it would be crazy to sell it so that all right im not complaining happy to have what i have

It is so easy to build a window cleaning company. So just adding customers fro a business being sold is a bonus for me. I can careless if I buy one or not. Has to be the right price tho…
