Water beading solution?

Hey all. I’ve got a customer with huge sliding glass doors facing a lake and the glass gets hammered so much with wind and rain that she’s calling me every other month or so. They can afford to pay, but I would like to save them some money. Anyone know of any solution to put on the glass to keep it cleaner longer or any chemicals (like rain ex) that would bead the water off? Thanks.

The rain water will dry clear when you are in an area that has high winds and rain, the wind will pick up contaminates, regular cleaning is really the only solution.
I have had this a lot with apartments on the esplanade on the beach front, these people enjoy their views and want them cleaned usually every 4-6 weeks. Personally i love these jobs/customers, regular cleaning keeps it easy for me so i charge them less than i would for quarterly cleans

I found a chemical that is just what your looking for. It’s a super hydrpophobic stuff that water slides right off. It’s called Neverwet @ Neverwet.com. Try it and let me know if it works. It is supposed to fill in the pores of the glass and add a coating.

I wouldn’t use neverwet, stick with the tried and true, Envicoat!

That’s like saying You won’t use any other soap or solution because you know dawn works.
