ive been using a couple of HE-MAN squeegees a couple of weeks now and i can really feel the difference- the tendons running through my wrist tunnel are in a different plane to how they are with any other squeegee - long term its important not to have your tendons in the same set place . Another advantage is that the disc on his squeegee is flexible,thus allowing me to close out a lot better .

He-Man, is the thumb attachment something you made? I would like to try that, but can’t see myself making one. what kind of material is it? Nice work. Thanks for taking the time to make the vid’s.

[SIZE=“3”]This is how the strap is put on.

Can also be put on yellow dics the same way.

Put handle in vice to make it easier to work with.

This is how the strap over the disc was made.

What is needed how it was made.

2.Round ends off with file or sand paper.

3.Drill 3/16 inch / 5 mm hole on each end about 1/4 inch / 6 mm from edge to centre of hole.

4.Heat each end with heat gun where you want to put a crease about 3/4 inch / 2cm from the end, bend at a small angle.
Do same at the other end.

[SIZE=“3”]Jonnyald,

Thanks for the vote of confidents in the squeegee modifications.

This is the exact reason that the modification were made this way.

The concept was there it just needed a bit of tweaking.

So you can use it many different ways comfortably.
