Honestly, I don’t even shop other suppliers. The only other supplier I go to is Bob @PressureTek per Alex’s recommendation, for those items wcr doesn’t carry.
If the shipping is “too much for what you’re buying” order more stuff and stock up until wcr does free shipping deal.
I felt bad when I ordered my pure water setup and two reels last year when there was a free shipping deal.
I’m loyal to wcr as long as I’m in wc business:thumbup:

You do not owe anyone an explanation for how you run your business. Most products shipped come with extra money tacked on as “handling” fees and you guys don’t.
Last month, I was just a few bucks away from free shipping on an order. I could have ordered more and got it free, or complained to you guys that I was close to the free shipping amount but instead, I gladly paid it because I knew that I didn’t order enough to make you guys pay for the shipping.
This sounds like something that so many people post on here about, only the circumstances involve customers asking about OUR prices
Bottom line is that if we keep expecting you guys to foot the shipping bill then that cuts into your profits and that gets passed on in higher prices.
You owe nobody an explanation…
